1. General
By booking with KAC Styles, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

These policies ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

2. Booking Process

All bookings must be made through the official booking channels (e.g., Website, Facebook/ Instagram, Email).

A deposit of agree amount may be required to secure your booking . This deposit will be deducted from the final payment.

Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from KAC Styles.

Failure to pay within given time frame may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Payment

Remaining balance is due on the day of your event unless agreed otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include cash, card, bank transfer, Revolut

Failure to pay on time may result in charges applied.

Any personalised orders will be paid in full upon booking

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any monies paid.

Rescheduling is allowed up to agreed 14 days before the booking, subject to availability.

Any rescheduling with 14 days of event with have fee applied.

Any personalised orders that are requested to be cancelled will not receive a refund

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment or incur additional fees.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

If specific preparations are required you will be informed in advance and expected to comply.

7. Liability

Face Painting: KAC Styles is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities. Clients are encouraged to disclose all relevant allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, KAC Styles reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible.

Copyright is a legal protection granted to the creators of original work. It ensures that creators have control over how their work is used, distributed, and shared. By securing copyright, artists can protect their intellectual property, ensuring they are credited for their creations. In the arts and entertainment industry, respecting copyright is essential to maintaining a fair environment where creativity is valued and protected.
